Import records and review duplicates

Create customer-defined databases with custom fields and saved views.

  1. Export a small sample to see the expected CSV layout.
  2. Use Import CSV and review the resulting records.
  3. Use Show Duplicates with the appropriate matching fields and manually delete only confirmed duplicate records.

Example

Two imported pumps sharing a serial number deserve inspection. Match on Serial Number, inspect the copies and retain the record with the correct details.
