2. Information processed

PLM processes registration and profile details, authentication and verification records, settings, customer-created tables, records and tasks, support communications, subscription status and Stripe customer, subscription and invoice references, and limited technical/security logs. PLM does not store complete payment-card details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing accounts and subscriptions: performance of the contract.
  • Security, fraud prevention and service administration: legitimate interests and legal obligations.
  • Billing and accounting records: contract and legal obligations.
  • Support and complaints: contract, legitimate interests and legal obligations.
  • Optional communications or non-essential cookies: consent where required.

4. Processors and recipients

Information may be processed by hosting, email, security, backup and payment providers where necessary to operate PLM. Stripe and its Managed Payments checkout services process payment and checkout information under their own terms and privacy notices. Information is not sold.

5. International transfers

Where a provider processes information outside the EEA, appropriate legal safeguards will be used where required. Provider-specific details will be reviewed before commercial launch.

6. Retention

Account content is retained while the account is active and may be retained briefly in protected backups. Billing, tax, dispute and security records may be retained for legally required or defensible periods. A verified permanent-deletion request removes active tenant content, subject to records that must legally be retained.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Requests may be sent to ckarikoglou@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required.

8. Complaints

You may complain directly to CK Ventures and may also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.

9. Security

PLM uses tenant separation, access controls, password protection, verified payment events and data-preserving upgrades. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
