1. Operator and agreement
PLM is operated by:
Constandinos Karikoglou trading as CK Ventures
Antoniou Lalaouni 3
Moschato 18345
Athens, Greece
Email: ckarikoglou@gmail.com
Telephone: +30 698 468 8979
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use PLM.
2. The service
PLM provides tasks, dates, calendars, saved views and user-configurable no-code tables. File uploads and calculations are not supported in the current version. Planned modules are descriptions of intended development, not promises of delivery by a particular date.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and remain responsible for activity through your account. You must promptly notify CK Ventures of suspected unauthorised access.
4. Trial
The trial is offered so customers can evaluate PLM before paying. Current limits are displayed before registration and may include up to 50 records per table. No payment is required for the trial.
5. Paid subscription
The subscription price, currency, billing interval and included capabilities are displayed before checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Subscription checkout is processed through Stripe Managed Payments; PLM does not store complete card details.
6. Customer content
You retain responsibility for information you enter. You must have the right to process that information and must not store unlawful, harmful, infringing or malicious content. PLM is not intended for emergency, medical-record, highly sensitive government-classified or safety-critical use.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, evade limits, introduce malicious code, scrape the service abusively, impersonate others or use PLM unlawfully.
8. Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain PLM, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security work and improvements may change features. Material commercial changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
9. Suspension
Access may be suspended for security threats, unlawful use, payment failure or serious breach. Stored information will normally be preserved during suspension unless deletion is required by law or requested through the protected account-deletion process.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, PLM is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and CK Ventures is not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by customer misuse or failure to maintain independent copies of important information.
11. Founding subscriptions
Customers subscribing during the original launch period retain the announced founding module bundle and original price while the subscription remains continuously active. Cancellation ends that guarantee. Customers joining after tiers are introduced receive their selected tier.
12. Governing law and mandatory rights
These Terms are governed by Greek law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law. Courts and dispute-resolution bodies with mandatory jurisdiction remain available.
13. Contact
Questions and complaints may be submitted using PLM’s Contact and Complaint forms or the operator details above.
