Subscription & Payment Policy

1. Trial before payment

Customers can evaluate PLM through the displayed free trial before purchasing. Trial limits do not create a payment obligation.

2. Price and renewal

The assigned price and currency are displayed before checkout. The launch subscription is billed monthly through Stripe Managed Payments and renews automatically until cancelled. Taxes shown or collected at checkout are handled through the configured Managed Payments transaction.

3. Payment confirmation

Paid access is activated only after a verified Stripe webhook and server-side subscription check confirm the subscription. A browser return page alone does not activate the paid plan.

4. Price changes

When the standard price changes, CK Ventures may choose whether the change applies only to new customers or to all customers. Existing customers will be informed where required. Founding-price treatment applies only while the original subscription remains continuously active.

5. Failed payments

Stripe may retry failed subscription payments according to the configured billing flow. Paid access may be limited or stopped after verified failure, suspension, cancellation or expiry. Customer information is not immediately erased solely because payment fails.

6. Payment provider

PLM opens a Stripe-hosted checkout with Managed Payments enabled. Stripe determines which eligible payment methods are displayed at checkout, and Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy information also govern its payment services.
